About Dr. Rafo
Doctor Sarah Rafo is a native San Diegan coming from a close-knit loving family, one of four accomplished siblings. She attended El Cajon Valley High School and earned a bachelor’s degree from San Diego State University, always maintaining a focus on entering and becoming a leader in the dental profession.
Her Passions: Education Training
She was accepted into the prestigious Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry at USC, and graduated top of her class with a well-defined path and dream of becoming an orthodontist. The journey and passion for orthodontics continued with her accepting an orthodontic fellowship position at Roseman University of Health Sciences Advanced Education in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics, then her residency at Brooks Rehabilitation College of Healthcare Sciences at Jacksonville University of Orthodontics earning an orthodontic certificate and masters degree. Dr. Rafo values the principles of commitment, life-long learning and continuing education. She is committed to serving her community with exceptional orthodontic care and surrounding herself with a staff that shares this same vision and focus.
