Meet Dr. Jenni Brehove
North County San Diego native, Dr. Jenni Brehove DMD MS discovered her passion for orthodontics at age 12 after completing her own braces treatment and experiencing firsthand how transformative a healthy smile can be. That early inspiration continues to shape her patient-centered approach today. Dr. Jenni combines expertise with a warm, approachable style to create a positive, personalized experience for every patient.
Education & Orthodontic Training
Dr. Jenni earned her Bachelor of Science in Molecular and Cellular Biology from the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, Washington, where she also played four years of NCAA volleyball and earned All-American honors. She completed her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at Roseman University of Health Sciences in Salt Lake City, Utah, in 2019, followed by her Master of Science and Specialty Certification in Orthodontics from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, in 2021. At Marquette University, she conducted research analyzing different plastics used in thermoformed retainers and aligners.
Board Certification & Professional Affiliations
In 2022, Dr. Jenni earned board certification from the American Board of Orthodontics (ABO), a distinction achieved by a group of orthodontists who are committed to the highest standards of clinical excellence. She is also an active member of several professional organizations, allowing her to stay current with the latest advancements in orthodontic care.

Life Outside the Office
Outside the office, Dr. Jenni embraces an active and adventurous lifestyle that includes playing beach and indoor volleyball, traveling to different countries, attending concerts, and spending time with family, friends, and their dogs. She has even completed the Camino de Santiago, hiking across Spain over 35 days. At home, she cares for an impressive collection of 31 houseplants – a testament to her attention to detail and dedication.
